For three decades, we’ve been engaged in repurposing the South Main area from a railroad-based warehouse district to a thriving residential neighborhood. Our most recent collaboration, the Central Station revitalization, includes vital amenities — a boutique hotel, movie theater, the farmer’s market, and transit improvements — and ties the entire South End together.

Extending from the iconic Orpheum Theater on Front Street to Central Station on South Main, the area is enlivened by artists and residents of the neighborhood’s converted warehouses and historic buildings.
